This gripping tale, presented by the creative father and daughter Jose and Oli, Reyes' duo, takes you to an epic tale of perseverance and true love. During the holocaust, Ike, a teenage boy, is in a gas chamber watching his family die while he holds his little sister through her last breaths. At this moment, Ike's DNA mutates as supernatural powers flood over him. While clearing out the bodies from the gas chambers, the guards notice that one is still alive. While multiple guards try to subdue the newly powerful Ike, he kills them. Ike makes for his escape, and then a bullet pierces his heart from the evil Werner, the most feared sniper on the Axis. The sinister Commander Howser, the camp's top-ranking officer, orders guards to take Ike to his lab for experimentation. Howser and Werner force Ike into servitude by holding his beloved childhood best friend and love of his life, Oli, hostage. Torn between servitude, obligation, and passion, Ike can escape when a mission goes wrong. Ike flees to the forest before collapsing unconscious, where an observer, the powerful Quinn, discovers him. Quinn, like Ike, is a Descendant. Presumed dead, Ike, with the help of Quinn, can begin the path of understanding the roots of his ancient supernatural powers, liberate the camp, and rescue his beloved Oli.
